Work life balance given flexible work from home policy.

Cons

Indian management and favorite leads are giving very bad treatment to their reportees. They behave like they own the company. Always dominating people and want control over them. Mislead resources about the projects and do not help for knowledge transfer. Internal politics is a lot. (always busy with doing it)Surprisingly US management not taking any decisions over any process issues.People who really work hard for the success of the projects need to get enough credit and kudos.
