Pros
I worked here prior to Covid situation, and it really is a fully remote marketing team. This is a pro if you're pro remote working, as some companies will lure you in with remote working and then expect you in to an office. The only travel was every so often travelling to different countries for team meet ups - again if you're big on travel this is a pro as it's a great way to see the world. Pay was OK for the position.
Cons
Management within the marketing team was poor. There was a vey high turnover of staff, and the management all have worked together previously, it can be hard to fit in with their clique at times. Unfortunately it's a bit of a breeding ground for people going behind your back to make themselves look better or advance their own careers - management would rather hear what they want to hear instead of appreciating the reality of situations.
