      Upper Management No concern on the worker Bees

      Pros

      free Coffee Free Soda cheap prices in the vending machine Free Parking on Site did I mention free Coffee and Refills.

      Cons

      Co-workers can be complete snobs. Absolutly no struture in place to be successful. Upper management returns calls and Emails when it convenent to them. What you sign up for is different then waht you end up doing. Cramped working space. Just a BAD enviorment.

      Had a good management of VP at one time They used to be creative and out of the box thinkers Marketing organization developed strong identity and brand

      Cons

      No upward mobility Company is not on track to become a profitable profitable No clear direction from CEO

      Work with nice, smart and knowleadgeable people Effort being acknowledge Flexibility of working from home as long as you can get job done Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      No clear career path Software product are too customer specific Different development teams work with different methodologies. Have to work overtime frequently Requirements change rapidly.
