Pros

Good health Benefit. They give you 29k fix amount toward your benefit. You can buy anything. The health insurance buy is must to get the benefit of 29k.

Cons

Accounting director expects each employee to work on weekends. A lot of back biting. The accounting director thinks you don’t work If you work 40 hours in a week. A lot of turnover rate. Many times three employees quits in 2 weeks in accounting. Employees who work more they keep getting more work and employees who don’t work they have a very little to do. Very unfair management.
