Senior executives and long-time employees make great money and enjoy many benefits, high bonuses, and well-paid incentive plans.

Cons

No retention, no internal promotions, no remote work policy, no parental leave, morale low (employees require mandated civility training), poor corporate financial health, disorganized human resources, policies needlessly complex, overall culture outdated and negative.
