      Pros

      The building generally has a quiet atmosphere. I have heard other departments have a better culture and community than mind did so this may not be all encompassing. Free sodas, sometimes free lunches from meetings, car chargers.

      Cons

      Rampant mismanagement by mid-level managers and an executive suite that is completely out of touch. You have no idea who is coming or going with anything, instructions are unclear, and managers are unstable. Delusional people in charge with crippling Napoleonic complexes. I've never seen so many adults brought to tears in a workplace.
