      Laid back, but disorganized

      Pros

      Very relaxed environment for the most part. Great people. Good pay. WFH.

      Cons

      Very little documentation for procedures. Uncomfortable asking questions due to team responses. Using Teams is a nightmare and is all over the place. Disorganized when it comes to task management, too many systems and bouncing around. A lot of technologies in use don't make sense and easy improvements are not implemented.

      Pros

      Taught me what to watch out for with an employer. I was a bit late to the lesson, but I know it well now. I quit.

      Cons

      Their directives and direction, practices, and most of all management were as bad for me as at anywhere I have ever heard of (for a company of this size anyway).
