      Pros

      Great people to work with. Better salary than I'd had prior. Attention to Work/Life Balance. They did try to get the best benefits arrangement for their employees that they could. Woman/Minority Owned company.

      Cons

      As a consultant you actually work with others, rather than fellow Centurion employees.

      Pros

      Centurion cares about it's employees and will back you up when dealing with a difficult customer.

      Cons

      Centurion deals primarily with government contracts. No opportunities for work in the private sector.

      These are people that you want to work with. No one here pretends to be interested in employee welfare and morale. Highly recommend!!

      Cons

      They do their best to minimize hassles for their employees and quickly address employee concerns.
