      The management is very approachable, understanding, and accommodating

      Cons

      As a contractor being contracted out to another contracting company contracted out to a government role, so your job is at the mercy of several layers of contracts that begin and end outside of your control.

      Pros

      Management is great, communication with employees is great, they care about employees and their needs, great benefits and wide range of projects and opportunity to grow. I worked with Centurion for one of their clients in Lanham, MD for almost a year. Their team is excellent, especially Theresa – Principal Owner , Blaine – Principal Owner and Ali –director of operations, everybody is really friendly and make you really comfortable.

      You are part of the family from day one. You matter as a person and not just another body or employee.

      They probably need to be more proactive in staffing staffs before project ends.
