The experience you'll gain as a mental health nurse is amazing, exposure to many different mentally ill inmates.

The company is terrible, your time off is never approved, management unwilling to discuss issues among staffing, day to day issues pay sucks

Some of the former gov't workers, now Centurion employees do nothing but complain about Centurion, wish for the good old days of gov't control and try to run off any new employees.
