- They are really good at bringing work culture - All the employees are very friendly

Cons

- People can Cherry pick the good leads and majority of the people up top do - Revolving door sales job (They said it was not in the interview) Lots of people hired and fired

After training it seems you are on your own. Not much help is available and it becomes a revolving door for sales reps. This company is content with staying small and doesn’t seem to have any plans to grow.
