Free snacks at office CEO is a nice person but depends on others advices

Internal politics Executive leadership doesn't know the directions CEO believes and listen to older colleagues rather than performance or contributions Hire people to straighten up the messes company made and when everything fix they've let people go by saying position is eliminated Everything broken in this company

Pros

The managers and coworkers were wonderful to work with in my time with century. There are snacks in the office and Wednesday they order takeout. Thursdays are for happy hour. The leads are also great leads. The base pay is reasonable

Cons

They aren't honest about the turnover rate, what you're selling and why it's important as well as the hours listed aren't what's expected to actually hit your quota. In the training you memorize a five page pitch to be put on the phones. It is also not a one call sale. It's also predominantly a mans world there foreshadowing a frat house.
