      Pros

      Very high earning potential Knowledgable and patient managers A-Z training, I never worked in the financial industry before but they taught me everything that I needed to know to succeed at my job. The company has an excellent reputation. Clients constantly leave positive reviews online which makes obtaining new clients easier and makes my job more rewarding Fun sales floor environment, it's competitive but in a friendly way.

      Cons

      The hours are a bit longer than most jobs I have worked but they were up front with me on what would be required before I accepted the job. Lots of phone time, can get a little tiring.

      Excellent work culture. Great co-workers. Bosses are approachable. Promotes from within.

      Cons

      Hours can be long for the consultant side of things. Was made aware of that before starting. Commission certainly makes up for it.
