Very shady company, don't have good business practices and make false promises to their clients, no benefits involved at all, extremely long hours for no reason

I've been at Century for almost 2 years now and WOW what a great environment to be a part of. I've been in the industry for over 6 years and this is by far the best team i've been a part of. Management is always there to listen- you are treated like a person here not just a number that needs to produce 24/7. I also like the fact that there is room for growth in every dept.

Cons

i dont have not 1 bad thing to say- anything that bothers you - you can talk to management and they are happy to help.

- Amazing potential to earn. The company is very generous with commissions. - Easy going teammates. Relaxed and comfortable work environment - Beautiful office in a fantastic downtown location ( I can see Colbert's studio) - Easy transit to get to work

Cons

-Longer hours because of servicing the west coast. The earnings makes this tolerable. - Some training required to be a decent earner. Be patient, it will be worth it.
