One of our values is to invest in our team as much as they invest in us. We promote almost exclusively from within which means that at least 80% of our leaders have started off in the entry level positions at Century. Unfortunately with the financial sector that we are in, it can be quite nuanced and outside leadership may not be as helpful as we had hoped initially. Sales can be a tough role where not everyone can succeed. With the financial sector that we are in, it is highly regulated, so we work hard to ensure that our account executives are communicating in a clear and transparent manner which doesn't always agree with every associate.
