Pros

The people I work with are lovely and very helpful and the work is interesting.

Cons

Deadlines are constantly changing and everything is always a rush and disorganized. Also very slow to pay for freelance work and from what I've heard from other people, their rates are low compared to other companies.

Pros

Coworkers at the local level are talented and knowledgeable. There are a lot of long-term employees which fosters a sense of belonging. There are opportunities for learning and growth in the production areas, but not a lot of people leave, so growth is fairly slow.

Cons

Corporate HQ is out of touch with locations, and also out of touch with best practices to manage the business. Their focus seems to always be looking backward and trying to find someone to blame for not making their "numbers" instead of having a cohesive, long-range business plan.

Pros

Some lower management has been wonderful, and the work is steady for the most part. Non-office personnel are really great people to work with. Laid-back environment.

Cons

Training is promised and then doesn't happen. Management keeps us in the dark, upper management and a lot of the office staff are incredibly stuck-up. Major personality conflicts abound. Trenched in staff is incredibly adverse to change. Big, big communications problems.
