Pros

Locally, a well established business for many years before Cenveo bought the company. The few benefits left from previous ownership that Cenveo didn't take away and great co-workers, many of which worked at the company before Cenveo.

Cons

The minute Cenveo bought the company they started taking. Pay cuts, firings, increasing cost for benefits every year becoming unaffordable for some. No reviews, no raises. If you are considering employment with this company, do your research.

Pros

The ONLY good thing about working for Cenveo is the people you work with (co-workers). It was a great place to work until Cenveo bought it.

Cons

For Cenveo Publisher Services, job security is null. Most work is now overseas. Upper management cares nothing about its employees. Mid-level management has no say-so on just about everything. I could go on and on...

Some good people to work with.

Cons

No raises to hourly people, no 401 match, costly health insurance coverage. Constant personnel layoffs and shut downs to cut costs. Favoritism and politics rule the day.
