      Great learning experience. The job itself was good.

      Upper management was worst I have ever worked for. Bad communication. Broken promises constantly.

      Summer Fridays. Good people to work with. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Dress code: why do non-client facing employees have to wear a suit? This is not a bank, or 1950. Micromanaging: HR will do laps to see who is in their desk at 5pm or 6pm, not taking into account working from home or any flexibility in schedule. No work/life balance. Poor management: Execs make decisions that contradict each other,do not communicate this to the employees, and do not make decisions with the employees' best interest in mind.

      I had a job and the employees were awesome

      Cons

      Was told if I did not buy the stock I might lose my job. Made you work a whole week without pay and would not pay vacation when you left. Would not handle sexual harassment issues. Awesome co workers, but management cared only for themselves. Steve Williams is AWESOME though!
