Pros
The pay was decent. Some of the people working there were decent. One or two of the managers were decent. One of the bosses was a decent fellow.
Cons
Many of the employees were not so nice. There were cliques throughout the company. If you weren't one of the "in" people, then you were out. Most of the managers were, well, typical of what one would expect from middle management types. My boss, who hired me, was a decent fellow. Then he was fired, which left me at the mercy of the other bosses.
