Pros

It is a large company and plenty of work to go around. There are hours there to work and a salary to make.

Cons

Management does not care. Employees have to endure verbal abuse, mismanagement, no raises, get moved around a lot, poor air conditioning if you work on the printing presses, equipment breaks down a lot, poor supervisory assistance.

Inept corporate management who actions show no concern to its employees. All corporate concerns themselves with the stock share price & cost cutting at the detriment of the company's success & ability to compete.

Management does NOT care about their employees. You will do the work of more than one person. You won't get raises or bonuses. Company's performance is terrible... declining sales, losses every year, high debt, holds payments to vendors during last months of quarters, Employee longevity is very low, including upper management.. HR personnel is not interested in the welfare of employees either. Benefits cost increases each year with no raise, so salary is actually decreased each year. If looking for a satisfying career, this company is not the place. If looking for a yearly declining paycheck, demands from management, no personal life, then it is the place for you.
