Pros

national platform to really focus on clients needs.

Cons

its all bits and pieces. No technology to speak of to actually do what they tell the market they can do. Its cheaper to print and outsource finishing services and fulfillment than to do it through the internal resources.

Pros

The people you work with are wonderful. Some of the most hard working people (hourly employees) you will ever find.

Cons

Horrible management, no directives, lies, lies and more lies. If the company doesn't hit numbers for a quarter, they are making cuts in staff. I don't think they realize by cutting workforce to a bare minimum that they aren't going to meet their numbers. No work life balance at all.

If you land a big account you can make a lot of money (until Mgmt changes its mind and takes it away)

Cons

Mgmt is too busy answering to HQ to spend time with line employees Sr. Mgmt treats everyone like a number Mgmt makes promises and doesn't deliver including pay and commissions Benefits are very expensive and not good 10% pay cut for everyone in 2009. 12.5% commission cut for sales in 2015
