Pros

Everyone is always there to help you and answer questions. You feel like you have a work family from day 1. It was a shock coming here from my last company because i wasn't used to such a warm environment. The cafe is great, the food is very good and how convenient on a winter day! I also love the growth potential within the company, if you get bored you have the option to move around under certain circumstances. Another great thing about this location in Park Ridge, Il is being right next to the Metra station to take the train to work!

Cons

A 401k match would be great so I can have a happier retirement :)

Pros

Shift work, 3 days on, 4 days off. I learned a lot about the whole printing process.

Cons

Patriarchal environment touting 'family values' but was farthest from the truth. Sweat shop atmosphere. Every minute of your day had to be accounted for and explained in minute detail which was fine on busy days, but murder on the slow days.

None, there is no work-life balance; however, in terms of benefits, the insurance was nice as it relates to the offerings, and employee contribution.

Cons

This company is choked by corporate mandates...nothing is accomplished without intervention by the corporate office. Staff are not empowered or properly compensated yet are expected to work fifty plus hours per week. The older/hourly worker try to sabotage the salaried employees and the lack of proper technology limits productivity
