Pros

Cenveo offers a platform of different services to it's customers

Cons

- upper management uses a technique of striking fear into its employees to get what it wants. - upper management gave all employees a 10% pay deduction years back and has yet to increase pay back to where it once was - upper management does not understand all of the services it offers - production is very lean; management not hiring to help the overworked employees

Pros

Work is usually quite steady and in suffient amounts, which allow most people full-time hours and also some overtime.

Cons

There's an utter lack of communication from upper management. Employees should know and be shown any corporate progress as it happens. Instead, we are NEVER given any info concerning company plans, goals or direction. Nothing is ever posted for us to read.

Pros

you can find good people in the lower hierarchy who are stuck there. friending them can help make the job bearable for a bit.

Cons

management is abusive, you will get used to it like a bad relationship with a spouse.
