Pros

The salaries are great if you are there for awhile. Enjoyed the job itself, loved the people other than management.

Cons

Do the work of many and get no recognition. Loyality means nothing. Bottom dollar means everything. No raises.

Pros

You're exposed to a lot, you'll do a lot and you'll learn a lot. There are many challenges and resolving them is personally rewarding.

Cons

Management does NOT care about their employees. People get laid off regularly. Some people get laid off because they make too much even though they're great employees. You will do the work of more than one person. You won't get raises or bonuses. According to the Proxy, senior management gets raises, bonuses and retention bonuses even though the company's performance is terrible... declining sales excluding acquisitions, losses every year, high debt and interest and a low and declining stock price.
