Great learning curve if you are a beginner.

Cons

Too much work pressure, many many late-nights. Leaving at at 8:00 PM is leaving early... Work Environment varies as per Manager. Every manager has his/her own style working. No appreciation for the work. No work-life balance, managers only talk about

None. I can't think of any pros. Every person with the exception of one has gotten out of the business.

Cons

Leadership changes monthly. No structure or idea as to what it will take to increase revenue. Leadership is only concerned in covering their own butts. Falsifying info in CRM (salesforce.com) was promoted to inflate productivity.

Promoted quickly. Reasonable senior manager.

Cons

No 401K Match. No merit increases unless you are promoted. Worked insane hours due to poor systems that required many work-arounds. RISKY COMPANY TO work for: due to the very poor financial condition (look at their balance sheet), this company's days are numbered, If it fends off BK, extreme measures will be taken - There will be many lay-offs coming.
