The pro is the print and mail industry are not dead. Lots of opportunity if they could produce the product in the alloted time

Cons

The management is only trying to make money. They keep trying the same things with different people expecting different results. Fix your machines and train people as you claim your going to do with not following through.

Not much. You work with some pretty good people.

Cons

Out dated machines, no raises, no cost of living raise, they don't match 401k, no advancement, and Corporate seems to not care about the Plant employees.
