Pros

There are none left most good people are leaving quickly.

Cons

No pay increases and horrible benefits. 10% paycuts. Manglement tells everyone how good they think they are.

Nice people work here. It is a good opportunity to learn about an old business. Not really much more to say.

Cons

Long hours, no chance for advancement. The company is losing tons of money. Benefits are weak and salaries are frozen.

The people I worked with were great

Cons

No raises, no fun, no job life balance (70% work 30 % life). They have lost so many key employees in the last year. Company has been going downhill since they were bought out by Cenveo (used to be Cadmus)
