Pros

The ONLY good thing about working for Cenveo is the people you work with (co-workers). It was a great place to work until Cenveo bought it.

Cons

For Cenveo Publisher Services, job security is null. Most work is now overseas. Upper management cares nothing about its employees. Mid-level management has no say-so on just about everything. I could go on and on...

Pros

Previous company was acquired by this one. Benefits package was ok. Professional HR group. Improvement made to the physical building and IT infrastructure. A few entry level jobs were posted that were at out of state locations, but lacked relocation incentives. Creative department with the most recently hired employees was significantly updated.

Cons

Seemed most of the companies they bought out were rapidly downsized after a year. Lacked matching 401K. Culture of outsourcing. No development efforts to develop longer established older employees of acquired company.

The other employees are probably the best thing, the ones that work on the floor, not management!!

Pay, Favoritism, Union, none of these are a good thing at the location in GA!!
