Such a lazy culture! Operations managers are clueless, inexperienced and amateur. They love going to their meetings closed door but once on the floor they can never really execute at a high level. Chaotic management and unwilling to invest in quality personnel. Very little communication between depts and even within depts. So many slackers that get away with multiple offenses, it's embarrassing! Those that actually work hard and carry a heavier workload are never fully compensated or promoted. Operations managers only favor those that kisses their you know what! Wasteful spending all around, including too many useless employees. They don't provide the necessary resources to do your job.

With so much to be done, there are often miscommunication as to who is doing what. There is little to no training.
