In fact, we see our international presence as a positive with a nearly equal division of our employees across EMEA, North America (twice as many in Canada than the US!) and APAC (half in the China region as well as India). "Not a good place for Employee"

There is no pros for this type of company.

Cons

1. Its an organizations where everything is wrong. Since it became Cerence, there has been unimaginable change in working and culture of organization. Started with incompetent CXO team, they give jobs to friend and relative only. All old people resign or fired, work culture of hire and fire, in May 450 people fired. 2. No recognition of good work, people are promoted only on the basis of flattery and how much they are slave of manager. No one is ready to hear or give justice to you, no process and HR does not exist. No salary increase since 2018, no body know when it will happen. Provident fund is fraud, you can not transfer or take money out. People who left company are still fighting to get PF. 3. Office location keeps on changing, without thinking about employees, they tell some other office location and then change it suddenly. No permanent office till now, changed 6 office locations in last 9 months, and operating from temporary office, no one know final location of office. 4. When all companies ask to work from home, they will force you to come to office. You are asked to work for 18 hours per day and on weekends. Benefits like insurance is just 3 lakhs only, nothing else. No work life balance. I do not trust this company and people.
