Horrible management. I've spent the first 2.5 weeks just staring into my laptop and dying of boredom, as nobody could be bothered to actually give me Git access, despite me checking on them and asking every day. The person who was tasked with introducing me to the company was an intern, who was working there for less than a month at that point; his instructions on using company's portal and entering data turned out to be completely wrong. After 2.5 weeks I decided to quit as this was a joke; as of one and a half months later, I still have not received a dime for the time i wasted at this ridiculous company. The only way I actually managed to get their attention was by threatening legal action, and even after that they drag their feet, delaying the payment as much as they can. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Very cheap on laptops, chairs or anything you need to be more efficient (lol) Brag all the time about amazing numbers and quarters but give VERY LOW raises compared to the market in tech even with very good feedback on performance Red tape everywhere
