      Pros

      Hardworking employees and a great company with experienced leadership steering the ship in a great direction. Wonderful benefits and perks. A great place to spend your workdays learning and growing as a professional and individual.

      Cons

      Many hats work for the size of the company which could overexpand one's scope of work.

      Pros

      - Managers invested in your development - Recognition and upward mobility for performance and hard work - Culture of continuous improvement - Impactful product making a difference in the world - Very, very smart people in all departments - the best of the best - Data/facts-driven leadership - Hybrid work and flexible PTO policy

      Cons

      - Compensation is underwhelming, but good benefits - Lots of great ideas from management/leadership, but sometimes difficult/impossible to operationalize

      Not a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Health insurance is good and that's about it.

      Cons

      There is zero structure at this company, you feel like you are always scrambling to get things done last minute and don't have time to work on your actual goals. Leadership has been made aware of this plenty of times but don't care and instead get on your tail about unrealistic expectations. I feel like I have no life working here since I am working long hours daily and the workload just does not seem fair. Yes this is a startup so sometimes things will get messy and days will be long but this should not be the case daily. I feel like leadership makes this as an excuse. Also there is no culture, it's all about work hard and no reward.
