      Great company to work for with an innovative product

      Pros

      - Ceribell perfectly mixes a great worklife balance with innovative and aggressive company goals. - Everyone is a kind, thoughtful, and caring individual. - Benefits are by far the best I've had. - A good end of year bonus program (though spot bonuses would be appreciated) - Individual recognition - Great learning environment, team members are quick to help when questions arise.

      Cons

      - Culture wise, there could be more small group events to celebrate team wins. We only have about one or two team events each year. - The company succeeds on the personal drive of individuals, but lacks team goal focus such that there can be confusion on responsibilities, deadlines and priorities. - Overall monetary compensation is slightly under typical jobs in the area.

      Successful company that saves lives and teaches you a lot

      Pros

      -The product is innovative and saves lives! -The caliber of talent in many teams is very high, it's a great place to learn best practices in many areas -It's a well run business -People are super helpful and have strong friendships

      Cons

      -Lots of initiatives and goals means a lot of work but it's worth it to be working for a winner!

      Revolutionary Product - Bad Management

      Pros

      Unique, revolutionary technology. Truly changing patient care. Amazing on-boarding and class training. Office people and classroom setting are second to none.

      Cons

      Poor recruiting. Role was not fully baked out. Too much change in leadership. Constantly changing hierarchy.
