      The technology is fantastic and truly a game changer. You are giving patients access to technology that they might not otherwise have access to, especially in smaller hospitals. Leadership truly cares about your development and will challenge you to better yourself each and every day.

      Cons

      Any time you change the standard of care, it's challenging. It takes time and the competition is that they don't need it. Be ready to grind!

Ceribell's leadership is unmatched, from the CEO, VP, R&D, Training, and Marketing, to the Regional Managers. I recommend Ceribell for anyone looking to challenge themselves and want to make a difference for the better.

      Anytime you are trying to change the status quo, it is challenging. The sales cycle is longer than most because of all the stakeholders and moving parts.
