      Innovative technology with an amazing AI component. First and only to market. Strong leadership with great opportunity for upward mobility. Proven track record of promotion from within. Leadership has track record of bringing new technology to market, for someone who is eager to change the mindset of how medicine is currently practiced, this is the most rewarding career you will have. Highly recommend Ceribell.

      Pros

      Ceribell is a great place to be if you want a challenging and rewarding job! As a late stage start up, it’s a very exciting time to be here and the potential is huge. The technology is challenging the status quo and the clinical and financial impact it can have in hospitals is very significant. As a TM, the resources we have to be successful are unlike any other company I’ve worked for. Management has committed a lot of time and resources to developing the TMs and ensuring our success. The leadership team supports us, values our opinions, customers feedback, and continues to make Ceribell a top notch med device company to work for.

      We’re challenging the status quo with this technology and because of this, it’s a long sales cycle.

      This is one of the most inviting, innovative, organized, and caring start-ups I’ve ever joined! This has been an amazing opportunity to be part of something truly special that positively impact patient care! Leadership is extremely supportive and provides you with the training and resources necessary to grow and succeed as an individual contributor. They also believe strongly in promoting from within and have demonstrated this throughout.

      Cons

      This is the most challenging job I’ve ever attempted in my 15 year sales career! Not everyone is cut out for this role. The sales cycle is long and can be very frustrating. But it’s one of the most rewarding roles and those who stick it out have been extremely successful!
