Thank you for taking the time to highlight the impact our technology has on patients. Helping people is at the core of why we do what we do. We also appreciate your perspective on assessments, we use them to support growth and development. If you're open to it, we'd love to hear more about how we can improve these at people@ceribell.com.

Pros

Technology and mission are solid. Very talented people

Cons

Toxic work place, just toxic. CEO is overwhelmed and backgorund lends to 7 day work week, Expect to answer emails on Sat and Sun. CEO expects you to know hospital contacts next of kin names and often calls people out on monthly business shifts of a couple hundred dollars. Turnover is huge and not sustainable. Wall Street sees rev growth but completely based on new accounts. Same Store Growth not reported to Wall Street which is the ultimate tell of sustainability. Growth based on adding more reps to regions that will never sustain for more than a few years

Pros

The remote employees and teams I partner with that are remote have remained positive and effective. Communication is structured, collaboration is strong, and the remote team maintains a consistent cadence that supports productivity and alignment.

Cons

The in-office environment continues to be noticeably more negative. Hiring more new people into a negative environment isn’t the solve. There is ever present fear tied to executive leadership, and many of my in office team members are leaving at a rapid pace without having other roles secured. This reality is largely shielded from remote teammates, creating a disconnect in experience.
