      Not a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Health insurance is good and that's about it.

      Cons

      There is zero structure at this company, you feel like you are always scrambling to get things done last minute and don't have time to work on your actual goals. Leadership has been made aware of this plenty of times but don't care and instead get on your tail about unrealistic expectations. I feel like I have no life working here since I am working long hours daily and the workload just does not seem fair. Yes this is a startup so sometimes things will get messy and days will be long but this should not be the case daily. I feel like leadership makes this as an excuse. Also there is no culture, it's all about work hard and no reward.

      Pros

      Great people, great product, remote work, good benefits,decent pay.

      Cons

      Leadership must change, majority of people in home office, are shady, this place started off great, it’s going down hill and has developed a toxic environment.

      Awful company and culture

      Decent compensation Nice coworkers Beautiful office in Sunnyvale

      Cons

      Don’t touch this company with a bargepole. Stay away! The CEO fosters an extremely toxic culture. Is patronizing, plays favorites, publicly berates people and is the lousiest leader ever. Has a Jekyll and Hyde personality and is the laughing stock behind closed doors. The only reason she gets away with it is because the company is doing well financially. It’s a real shame because the mission and product is very compelling. I can’t wait to find another job and leave and a lot of my colleagues feel the same way. Don’t get lured by their compensation, do yourself a favor and stay away from Ceribell.
