      Products save lives, mission driven.

      Cons

      Continuously hiring incompetent directors, who are only good at managing up or saying the right things to the right people at the right time. There’re so many managers/management people that there’s just not enough people doing work. Very draconian. Individual contributors are slaves.

      Solid tech & bright RD minds

      Pros

      Some extremely bright minds in the R&D department in the Sunnyvale home office. This aspect will continue to make them the gold standard in POC EEG for the foreseeable future.

      Cons

      The turnover is beyond extreme on the TM and CAM commercial side. Very few in commercial org care about their people, hence the high turnover, as the vast majority of leaders in both units are fairly one dimensional at best. The overall talent is average to just below average for a start up. The pay can be very solid depending on your situation. Hospital ROI, Neurology challenges and competitive threats aren’t slowing down or getting easier.
