      Pros

      People get things done here and things move fast. If you reach out, co-workers are very friendly and willing to help. There are many opportunities in career development. Our products really save people's lives, which is great!

      Cons

      If you enjoy a slow-pace environment, Ceribell is not for you. And you need to be good at managing expectations and building your own path here.

      Pros

      The environment allows employees to feel empowered to solve problems creatively and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Not only does Ceribell make a difference with healthcare, they also impact their employees by making the team feel valued and appreciated.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment which may be difficult for new employees, but this has changed due to training enhancements. Ceribell has continuously made efforts to improve the quality of training and enhancements which has proven success within our team.

      Pros

      Great product to fill an unmet need in critical care.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from CEO down. Upper management trusts no one. Bonus structure is confusing. Fear/toxic culture that management will talk about but do nothing to correct. Turnover/retention is out of control.
