      A great mission, strong emphasis on employee happiness

      Pros

      The company has grown from a startup that emphasized employee satisfaction to a public company that does the same. It feels great to work on a product that literally saves lives, in an environment where I count all of my coworkers as personal friends. Comp is very fair and competitive, especially when you consider the work-life balance.

      Cons

      Ceribell is still working out a good training pipeline, I would say that you need a high baseline understanding of the functions for the role you are hired for.

      Pros

      Good work life balance with great support from the management. Company prioritizes the culture and people. Also, great people to work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Can be unorganized at times.

      Great Leadership, People and Technology

      The leadership at Ceribell is phenomenal. The people that I work with are all driven to succeed. The technology will have a positive impact on the life of the patient and their family.
