Growth and development are encouraged here but they do not supply the tools to complete those goals. Toxic leadership especially from the top. I've seen/heard people get cussed out. Higher management has their own agenda and will go behind other manager's backs. The sycophant that has taken on a recent leadership role this last summer seems to struggle with social interaction and generally detached from his team. Other departments have leadership that are completely unapproachable. Extremely high turnover rate. Are you an AE? Good luck! Health insurance is a joke.
