-Solid, dedicated accounting/finance team. -Good support and flexible hours from management. -Positive culture of learning and cross-departmental teamwork. -Powerful communication tools which make communicating up and down the chain of command easy.

Cons

-Could be some limits to growth in the accounting/finance department (e.g. no CFO when I was there; co-owner is/was the Director of Finance).
