Pros

The flexible with schedule and the ability to work from home when needed. Also, the people treat you like family and they really mean it. The paid is good for the work that you do but as I said in my title it is a good place to grow and with growth you get better paid.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have no complaints or cons about this company, and it could be that I know what I want, and this company is a vehicle to that goal and therefore I'm focused on my end goal. In that point of view, I have no cons.

Cerium has a good culture with quality people working for them Job expectations while demanding are reasonable Management team cares about their employees Pay is as expected for the work, size and location of the company

Cons

Sometimes it feels that there are not enough workers to get the projects done. In order to cut costs, they try to operate with as few employees as they can. During slow seasons, this is fine. During a busy season, this can be challenging.
