There are no pros to this company unless you are C level.

Cons

Poor leadership from top to bottom Sales and Ops are not aligned Commissions are not paid out as promised Worst HR ever. They are not there to protect employees, only the company Take a job with them and find out. Or read this and other reviews and look elsewhere.

Our HR department works very hard to take care of employees meanwhile, ensure alignment with company policy. We wish we could have had a conversation with this employee to uncover these statements and work together.

The local office workers are friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Too many to list! From the out-of-touch CEO, to inexperienced personnel that are put in positions they should not be in. Constant change in SOPs and price increases for no reason other than to get more money from the customers. No accountability at any level. Broken promises across all levels of the company. Micromanage is the main interest and push back is not allowed. Completely a waste of your time. Run!!!!
