Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and we respect that, but this review simply contains false information. We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your short time at CertaSite, but we do not use a “bait and switch” method when hiring. Our recruiters are very professional and show potential candidates how life really is at CertaSite.
We are anything but “condescending.” The leadership team is transparent and is always open to feedback from anyone at the company. We encourage employees to share any challenges they have and we listen with empathy and then strive to do better. If anyone is treated with any less respect than this, we hope they will report it so we can immediately address it.
While our company goals and numbers may seem ambitious, they are carefully planned and drafted based on performance and predictions. It may seem some numbers are out of reach, but CertaSite’s goals and numbers are truly attainable when the right people are in the right place. We have seen this by individuals who time and again vastly outperform their quotas. Our employees should never feel there are not enough resources. Did you happen to discuss with your manager your concerns over resources for your role? We have a plethora of innovative technology and platforms that assist a variety of roles at CertaSite. We are devoted to continued learning and development, so if there is a resource that can help someone’s current position and the company, nothing is off the table.
You are incorrect when you state, “there is absolutely no room for growth here.” As with proof, many CertaSite employees have been promoted. Through our CertaSite Academy, employees can create their own path and rise to the top. It’s up to them and their dedication to their role. If you want to continue learning and growing, it’s on you. CertaSite provides employees the opportunities, but it’s up to the employee if they want to take them.
