      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      CertaSite has been a great place to work. The VP of Sales and the Regional Sales Management team are pro work life balance, are supportive and bring positive energy to the team. They do a great job of bringing the team together while also promoting a competitive sales environment. The Regional Sales Managers continue to be a great resource. They run weekly trainings and are always available to assist, shadow a sales call or help with concerns.

      Cons

      We have experienced some minor growing pains over the last few years as we've fought through COVID, supply chain issues and acquired new locations with fast growth. With that said as a team we continue to work through and overcome any hurdle and have become stronger as a team through them.

      ***** Not really a Con but merely an observation based on experience***** The organization understands where they are currently and is willing to put controls into place to be the best through continuous improvements. Soooo receptive to feedback and makes conscious decisions to move forward in a positive direction

      Love this company and the people!

      Pros

      I love the people that work at CertaSite, the energy and motivational attitudes everyone has is fantastic. The CEO really cares about the employees and does everything in his power to make CertaSite the most successful company in the fire industry. At CertaSite we have taken our bumps and bruises through the last couple years but as a team united we rise up each and every month to continue our path to greatness! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an opportunity to grow with a company like I did. CertaSite allows you the opportunity to grow in leadership and create your own path of success, and now has trust in me to grow the success of my sales team!
