i can not say it is the worest company, but that team is the worest according to my experiece the one who want to join certara should be very careful who is your n+1. Becasue the company is super super hirachical. So if you are unlucky to find a bad n+1, your life is miserable. my n+1 ask me to plot a figure, a table, but not telling me the whole project and exclude me outside of the loop who are discussing more about the whole picuture about the project.. one trick is to see how old is your manager, if your manager is quite senior, his or her mindset largely will not change, very traditional way of managenment, hirachical, obey, comply.... you can image

Biased management as their old friends who help them in personal work get growth and additional favor like appraisals and we will come for five days to office, But his team will come for only two days and few employees having benefit of long wfh . Managers are not allowed to approve leaves for their immediate reporters but need to take his permission every time making the role of managers dummy. No integrity. There is no growth for people who actually work on projects. We like the company but not leadership anymore. If we do the project she will take the credit (director) and she will get the benefits.
