      Collogues are good No pros other than this

      Worst upper management No work life balance Lot of politics No diversity Lesser salary No appreciation. Upper level people are very demotivating, discouraging.

      Certara has amassed some of the brightest minds from across the industry, regulatory and academic sectors. Certara scientists are highly motivated by innovation and impact for patients and flourish on complex drug development programs, and thinking creatively. That experience is directed to clients and also internally, making every project a learning opportunity. The wonderful colleagues, cool projects, cool clients, learning potential is what makes me most excited.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging in an environment where there is high demand for you and the projects are really interesting. Diversity in senior management and BOD could be improved. Internal organizational silos reduce agility.
