Pros

pay scale and commission. Management was helpful. Technical team provided excellent support. Set own schedule. Work strategy was fun demos, gifts for clients and talk to them.

Cons

high pressure to succeed. Pricing set nationally despite regional differences. Schedule works around clients which means nights and early mornings happen. Inconsistent home time and vacations are based around your ability to schedule your sales to miss things.

Pros

You make money, just like any other job. Decent benefits in exchange for under compensation.

Cons

There are too many to list here. Working there I have personally never known anyone who liked the place. I was hesitant to write a review until I read some of the others. The positive "5 star" reviews are clearly bogus, I would not put it past the moral boundaries of this company to violate legitimacy in forging false testimonials on positive outlooks and experiences here. Without further ado, the following is brief overview of what I observed here: -Unethical work environment and methods of management -Hostile work environment with unjustified random reprimands -Forging of employee behavior to justify their arguments -Forging of employee activity (IE: sexual harassment) as a way method of employment termination -Disregard to inadequacies in their scientific accuracy and integrity in exchange for money, promises, and to meet unreasonably short deadlines. -Lack of communication between departments -Lack of any effectiveness/purpose of the HR department other than hiring paperwork. -Rewarding of "crooked" employees over "honest" ones. -Promises of promotion/advancement with little to no follow-up. -Disregard for personal life outside of the workplace. -Lack of any concern for safety, too much concern for money expenditure -Reversal of an employee complaint against them. -Threat of being fired as their main method of motivation. -Many "publicity fronts" to cover up their obvious flaws from the outside. -Emphasis of employee handbook rules and employee contract to argue their side and dismissal when they're on the defensive. -Immense variances between proper functionality and regulations versus how it is actually run. -They had their accreditation suspended for the previous observation. I tried to put the most pertinent of my findings on here. There is more I could add but if someone still wants to consider working here even after reading this, than there is nothing anyone could say to make that person think otherwise. All I can say is "Good luck, but make sure you bring a shot of morphine with you everyday because its going to be a pain."
