Pros

They offer good health coverage

Cons

I could rant about this place for hours but I would rather just forget I ever worked there. I have been in the workforce for a long time and this is the worst company I have ever worked for.

Pros

Very supportive environment, I was able to learn a lot from my supervisor. I started out right from college as a new graduate with no experience. Most employers will not even talk to you if you do not have experience. Good jobs are hard to find, they took a chance on me and I was able to move up. The work was interesting.

Cons

I only left because I was moving, was sad to leave my friends and co-workers.

Working for this company is guaranteed to give you PTSD

Pros

Decent health insurance and good 401K matching that rarely anyone gets to enroll in since the turnover rate is so high.

Cons

The work environment is extremely hostile; get used to having an anxiety attack every morning and fighting an urge to get back in your car. Gossip and an outright slander are the rule of the day. The owner condones these practices by promoting the loudest troublemakers and offering incentives for spying on your fellow employees. If the owner favors someone, that person is given a free reign to torment other co-workers; do not even bother going to HR - they are just useless, plain and simple. It does not matter if you have years of professional experience and have superior work ethic; Certified will continue to pressure you to increase productivity and it will squeeze every ounce of profit out of you until you are left feeling completely drained. You are expected to forego your personal life and health, and you are supposed to be ready to drop whatever plans you have for the weekend at the drop of a hat. If you try to budge, you are deemed a traitor and are harassed to no end. The only positive post on this page must be a failed publicity stunt. You are supposed to receive the so-called raises after your performance review every 6 months; good luck getting your paperwork ready and having it reviewed by anyone, since the place is so disorganized. I do not know anyone who has had their review done in timely manner (I am talking about 4-5 months delays). Then, even if you are lucky and your raise is approved, it is not going to be more than a dollar (unless you are one of the lackeys) and you pretty much hit the ceiling after that anyways. No more monetary compensation, just more responsibilities rained on you. Given how as an entry level employee you are already started out at a lower pay rate than competitors, you merely alleviate the difference. To summarize, the place is vile and vapid. You are deemed expendable, and you are treated accordingly. You will be reprimanded for the slightest mishaps, while your bosses will get away with murder. Stay away from Certified; if you do happen to end up there, grow thick skin, start looking for a way out, and remember - after this, every other workplace is going to seem like a walk in a park.
